Terms of Service

By booking a service with Makeup Niranjana or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment or written confirmation from our team. We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for bridal makeup, especially for peak wedding seasons (November–February, April–May).
Advance Payment & Cancellation
A non-refundable advance is required to secure your booking date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment may be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days of the appointment forfeit the advance payment. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are charged in full.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before your appointment and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Bridal Trial Sessions
A makeup trial session is highly recommended for all bridal clients and is charged separately from the wedding day service. The trial helps us understand your preferences, skin type, and desired look before the big day. Trial fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward your bridal booking at our discretion.
Skin & Allergy Disclaimer
We use professional, high-quality makeup products. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions to cosmetic products. If you have known skin allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before the appointment. We recommend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your session.
Photography & Portfolio Usage
With your consent, photographs taken during your makeup session may be used for our portfolio, social media, or website. You retain the right to withdraw consent at any time. We will never publish images without permission.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Delays beyond 15 minutes may affect the quality and scope of the service. We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule sessions impacted by significant client delays.
Service Scope
Our services are as described on our website and confirmed during booking. Any add-on services (hairstyling, saree draping, mehandi referral) must be requested and confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.
Academy Terms
Course fees for the Makeup Academy are non-refundable once the course commences. Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Makeup Niranjana's liability is limited to the value of the service paid for. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, venue access issues, or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
